The Three Maturities describe a simple idea: most human energy moves through three domains — identity, experience, and value.

These are not just markets. They are developmental forces. They shape how people live, what they seek, how they organize, and what kinds of systems they build.

The question is not whether these forces run the world.

The question is whether we keep expressing them unconsciously, or begin maturing them deliberately.

The Three Maturities Model

The sequence matters.

Emotional Maturity is the root. Technological Maturity is the amplifier. Economic Maturity is the result.

Why This Matters

You cannot build mature economic systems on immature human foundations.

Technology amplifies whatever people bring to it. Economics locks in the incentives a culture chooses to reward. That means identity, experience, and value cannot be treated as separate conversations.

This is why The Three Maturities and The 7 Pillars belong together. One describes developmental direction. The other describes structural alignment.
